  確実な `flush` が重要なテストや短命な CLI で有用です。
* `SpanProcessor` instance: ユーザーが指定するプロセッサです。そのライフサイクルは呼び出し元が
  管理します。`/agents/otel/v1/traces` を対象とする Weave OTLP exporter
  は使用されません。
