Weave 클라이언트를 초기화합니다. 트레이싱이 동작하려면 반드시 필요합니다.
## Parameters
W\&B 프로젝트 이름입니다(`project` 또는 `entity/project` 형식일 수 있습니다). W\&B 팀(예: `team/project`)을
지정하지 않으면 기본 entity가 사용됩니다.
