제공된 API 키를 사용해 Weights & Biases (W\&B)에 로그인합니다.
이 함수는 이후 사용할 수 있도록 자격 증명을 netrc 파일에 저장하려고 시도하지만,
파일 시스템에 쓸 수 없더라도 계속 진행됩니다.
